The vegetable nectar comes from an acacia which live in symbiosis with ants. In 2001 the spider eats ate this vegetable nectar and 10% of ant larvae. Six years later the spider eats ate only vegetable nectar. When the spider wants to eat it comes to the acacia and waits for reduction of passing ants and then plucks off a leaf and returns turns away from ants. Because the spider doesn’t hunt, it doesn’t need a web for hunting, but uses it for taking care of its children offspring.
